So why no supplements? In the past, I have been very into lifting weights and fitness etc. I consider myself to have an extremely fast metabolism @ 5' 9", and gaining weight was always damn near impossible for me, as I couldn't break above around 150 lbs for the life of me during High School. I was a wrestler for a long time in the 140 lb class so basically I was forced to stay in this range, and I pretty much trained my body to maximize at this weight. Once I quit wrestling I decided to just try and gain weight pretty much for the fun of it, but it was impossible! I literally forced myself to eat constantly and was seeing little results w/ lifting 5 days a week. I decided to go full force and lifted hard 5 days a week, ate like a motherfucker, and added in weight gainer (I should add that I have always taken protein supplements since like 8th grade so that remained constant and I believe strongly in these). Basically for someone like me with crazy metabolism, gaining weight like that required practically complete dedication. You said you don't wanna use supplements, but they worked pretty well for me. I always lifted at about 9 or 10 at night, would take my weight gainer immediately after (which also has 50 grams protien/ serving. And would do some HW, then pass out. Shit worked great, along with lifting and eating tons. I went from 150 to about 175 in not to long of time and my strength increases were insane.
Funny thing is, I went to college and stopped all of this, and went back down to 150 like it was nothing.

^ cool story hansel. But yeah, that sounds sick, its a shame you lost the weight though. I know all too well how easy it is to drop out of shape if you don't continue a work out. I went on vacation and ran on the treadmill on 9.1 mph for 20 minutes, when I got back a week later I couldn't even do 8.0 mph for 12 minutes.
Anyway, so I think I got a plan now, 4000-5000 calories a day + upwards of 100 grams of protein a day, and eat tons of carbs.
I made this sick tuna casserole for lunch and I added things up and it came out to 1175 calories, 70 grams of protein, and 204 grams of carbs. Here is my question, how many carbs should I have per day? Is there a certain goal or should I just go for as many as possible?
btw, pm me if you want the recipe for the casserole, it was fucking delicious.

You should eat one gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. Supplemental, meaning you should still eat other natural forms of protein and then an extra gram per pound per day. Also, don't take more than 50 grams of protein in one serving or you will just poop it out.

Im gonna make some assumptions that would rule out some other suggestions given to you. The first assumption is that you are a skinny mafucka like myself so when you are askin to put on weight im guessing it doesnt matter what kind. First of all add 500 calories to your daily diet. This will pretty much guatuntee that you will gain weight, you can do this by eating an extra meal (snack) or easier for college budget throw canola oil (pretty fattening) on damn near everything. I'f its lean muscle mass you lookin for you're gonna have to accept that more budget(money) is gonna be used, you'll need to drink shit tons of water, protein shakes are good but not necesary, just pay attention to the balance you have between the foods you are eating. Its pretty easy shit with a little bit of effort

ok so the past three days i ate 4500-5500 calories each day, and 200+ grams of protein too.
here is my question.. i add like around 1000 calories from juice and milk, should these be counted? I can't see how i will get bigger from drinking juice.

Juice (most) is just sugars and water. Sugar is converted into fat by your body. You could drink nothing but juice and gain a 100 pounds if you wanted (provided you didn't die of some sort of deficiency, heh).
But anyway... you should drink water primarily, and let your foods provide the energy (but there is certainly no harm in a glass of milk or juice... just don't use them to inflate your caloric intake, and yes thier calories are still counted).
