Anywhere to ski in mid to late august?

ok guys, i'm looking to do some skiing in mid-late august becasue thats when i get out of work and i don't know where to begin. Hood? Whistler? anything open for shredding? All suggestions would be great. ps. leave your hate out of this thread.

I think you just named all of your options for North America. If you wanted you could go to South America or New Zealand.

so you could ski hood/whister? i looked on the camp sites and all of their sessions are over so i figured that it would be pretty unskible

whistler has a big glacier that you can ski on in the summer. im not sure about hood, but thay probably have a glacier too.

whistler will be closed then but hood should be open for all but two weeks of the year in september or october last I checked.

SANTA ROSA comes every late Aug. early sept, guess how much snow fell in 2002 at this one spot. just try!
