Do you think it would take for a (not so hypothetical) double burger to go bad if left out of the fridge? Would you eat it after 4 hours? 8 hours? I'm poor don't tell me to go buy another one.

idk, where is it from, but i put fast food in the fridge and eat it the next day, just use the microwave, or freeze it, idk, it worked for white castle

depends.. was it at room temperature? where was the burger purchased from? was it wrapped? what kind of condiments were on it?

soooo many scenarios.

I'd say if it was a cheeseburger with ketchup wrapped up at room temperature, 5 hours and 37 mintes and 29 seconds.

yeah, they are pumped full of preservatives. anyone seen supersize me? the burgers from the chain fast-food restaurnts last forever before decomposing

i dunno i work at a fast food place(yeah make fun of me)...and i always make like wrong burgers and just throw em like under this heat lamp and one time i just grabbed one when i was leaving and it tasted alright....but i puked later that night and it was kinda shitty..

just microwave it. the microwave will kill anything that grew on it, which is highly unlikely in 7 hourse...but its better warm anyway?

I work at McDicks, and the burgers are assembled on demand, although they have been sitting in the grill cupboard thing for quite a while if it`s not busy. Not that long though.

if you warm it up super hot in the microwave for a few minutes it might kill all the bacteria. 8 hours=bad news. toss or use above method

After 2 hours it will begin to grow bacteria, so do what you want. It can be even less if its really warm in the area. My biology professor was telling me that ever after 40 minutes left outside on a hot day meat can start growing bacteria.
