V3xx usb connection help

yeah so i connect it to the computer, and its in Memory card mode, and i get the sound that its connected, but it doesnt show up in my computer, this also happens when the phone is in data connection mode

you shouldnt have to but you might. but im pretty sure you need some sort of program to connect to it, search google for it.
