Replying to Insurance Premiums WILL Rise...

It's true, i was at snowbird today and ended up talkin with some executive guys and the Snoqualmie incident IS a huge cause for concern. The guy's i talked to told me that Snowbird's insurance premium is going to rise for next year, even if Snoqualmie wins their appeal but probably not as much. The decision the Snoqualmie guy made to sue them is going to be costly for the industry, i don't know what else to say, i didn't get into a deep conversation with these guys, but it makes me worried that skiing wont progress like it has been the past few years due to things like this happening.


Now if you don't know what i'm talking about with the whole Snoqualmi, the basic story is that a guy went off a jump, overshot it, got paralyzed and sued for 14.5 million dollars.
