ahh i was soo pissed about that evogear screw up! I ordered like 10 pairs of skis thinking like with most companies they honor a price they advertise even if it's a mistake, but nope. they canceled my order :( oh well.
^ well they offered me a pair of Invaders for $175, or Chronic Wides for $225 cuz they screwed up. At the time I didn't have the coin to get them or I would've gone for the chron wides.
legally they have to honor the screw up. its just like when you go to a store and the price tag says something really cheap, they have to sell it to you for that price. sucks they didnt
I don't think they have to, this kinda stuff happens all the time on other websites, and it pops up on deal websites, I don't think they honor it very much as it's just a mistake and they have the right to cancel any orders they want.
no legally they dont. Online shops have differnt rules to follow than actual stores, because I looked into the matter after they canceled my order. They reserve the right to cancel an order due to a pricing mistake. They can't charge you the full amount, but they can refuse the sale.
