i just got a minor consumption and i am already on probation for a not a drop (under the legal limit but under age while driving.) and i just got a minor consumption. my probation says to commit no other crimes for a year. is this considered a crime in the great state of minnesota?? if not i face 90 days in jail and 950 in fines!!
