Freestyle boots necasery

i recently got a pair of Tecnica boots that are not freestyle specific because they were mad cheap
i have never skied in a pair of freestyle boots
is there a difference?
they were 150 dollars more in price too

if you got them recently then theres no need to get new boots but i have foils and i swear by them, i love them so much best boots ive every had

NO! "freestyle" boots are almost ENTIRELY marketing. sure they are good boots, but your much better off that finds a boot that fits good, and then set it up for jumps and impact absorption, VS just limiting yourself to the 4 or 5 boots that fall into that category. i dunno how much you know about boot construction and fitting (assuming not too much), but with some work, ANY boot can be completely customized to accommodate any style of ridding.
