anyone tried the roxy wista boots? im thinking about buying them and ive seen a couple girls with them and i kno that sarah burke won the x-games with them but just wondering if they are worth my money?
we sold them in our shop. its the exact same at the lange boot (dont remember the model) with just some girly ass colors. if youve got a narrow foot its not a bad boot.
It's impossible to tell if a boot is right for you. You need to go to a shop and get it fitted. Certain boots fit certain fot types.I believe the Roxy's are made by Lange which has a very narrow last.
The Roxy Wista is a good boot for narrow to average feet. The Roxy wista is a great park boot for girls. The most important factor in buying new boots is foot shape. You must find a boot that macthes your needs as well as your foot shape. This will eliminate the need for major modifications. Once you find the boot that fits best you can get a minor issues punched or ground. Always try on boots with your footbed if you do not have footbeds get some this is the first step to better skiing and comfort.
jokes, but really just go to a shop and get fitted, its the only way. dont worry about the brand of boot just look for one that fits perfectly. and if you really want a good fit, it takes some time and adjustments, but its worth it for keeping your feet in good shape.
Definitely need to try on (as in spend at least 30 min in) as many boots as you can before you decide-one persons review of a certain boot might not apply to another person. And what feels good initially can change as you wear them longer so take your time. What to look for in a boot(for park)is a shock absorbing footbed of some level and good comfy forward flex-but lateral stability for precision and control. People's feet are pretty unique. good luck and most of all-Have Fun!
wow.. roxy skis.. thats almost as lame as roxy snowboard, surfboard, skateboard shoes and clothes. if you want a nice womens boot get the saloman mynx. its the exact same as the spk, which is the bestest for park, except it looks more womenly. and its cheaper too.. by like 50 bucks. if you shop around.
yea. bootfiter. seriously. i am a bootfiter, and theres SOOOO much that goes into a boot. gotta try um on. theres alot more than just length and width. a good bootfitter will be able to study your foot for a bit, and tell you what boot(s) to look at.
