i think that for their cult the grandmaster should be able to delete topics and instead of just being able to boot someone from the cult make it so that they cant get back in if they r invited

Yes, because we really want idiots to make up BS cults just so they can go on a power trip. No. There will be improvements at whatever time the cult system is upgraded (takes forever), but this won't be one of them.
