If Cuba can get back to the way it was, it will be such a nice place. I know so many people that fled Cuba that had their mansions and shit taken from them, and had nothing and moved here. The country is so pretty, and the tourism business would be better. Youd get cigars and shit too. I guess yall don't know many cubans. But it would be sick when fidel dies if they return Cuba to be how it was.

If you think that Cuba will "return to the way it was" after Fidel dies and his brother takes over, you are sadly mistaken. During the revolution, Fidel's brother (his name is escaping me right now) was much more tyrannical than Fidel or Che.

He was supposed dead/ on his deathbed a while ago. No one saw him in months. And then some word got out that he was is fine. Unless he made an apearance, or what was said didn't come from a erliable source.
But his brother is most likely to take over, which won't mean much change for Cuba. Fidel Castro's daughter I believe fled Cuba, and is a news reporter in the States.. something of such manner.

Raul is only a couple years younger than Fidel, so it won't be long before he is gone too. Then the embargo will be over and the ex-pats and yanks will move in and take over. It will be back to the cube pre-57. Except more cheese and less mob.

Bad idea? It's not worth it, it's not like the Cuban Missile Crisis over again. We have a ton of nuclear weapons and we aren't getting invaded everyday. It would set off a chain reaction then Cuba's allies attack us then we fight back etc.
So it's not really worth it. And if we used like a Hydrogen Bomb on them Cuba would be no more.

maybe not when castro dies, but it won't be long. Cuba is much better off with business from the US and if Fidel's brother doesn't notice that, then someone in the near future will. As for going back to the way it used to be, those are the exact conditions to be met if the US is to resume diplomatic relations. And that will be sweet because my family used to own a house there right on the beach (or so I am told) so we're all waiting for Castro to kick the bucket
