Wehn people buy and sell stuff here on NS, is the payment always through paypal, because im seeling stuff, and I cant get a paypal account, what would be another good, reliable way to recieve payment without making it seem like you are ripping the buyer off by not sending the item?

I've had a few people pay me via money order, once via cash. Although, as a buyer I would never pay via money order or cash unless the item costed less than like $30-35, unless it was someone extremely trustworthy

if someone is sending you a check then make sure it clears before shipping the item out. i've done cash, check, and paypal. i think paypal is the easiest because it's not as messy and faster. i've received money orders too and they work fine

before i had my paypal set up i did it by check and that was fine just make sure that you trust the person
