would it be an issue if i put bindings with a 130 mm brake on 100 mm wide skis? like is there such a thing as too wide, will they act up/stick out too much. plz help me out.

You might catch when going switch, sure. Also, too wide and they could get caught on your pants, the other brake... it wouldnt be good.

too wide makes them more prone to catch and brake when you fall switch on hard pack.

I think im going to get the 130 mm brakes with my pair of sth 16 bindnings. the only thing is that im riding the k2 fujative 07/08 skiis so I think im pretty fucked. What should I do??? can i buy seperate ski brakes at the local ski shop u think? HELP me plz

chop em and weld them where u think the right length might be at...its not tough and its a simple procedure

no thats stupid. just get a set to fit and sell them to a person in need of 130mm brake.

maybe trade with someone on here someone has to want wide brakes. or you could just buy some other brakes online
