Usually when I wake up after a night of drinking and I'm feeling groggy I'll grab a nalgene full of water, some advil, and a random movie and watch it until I start to feel human again.
Working out - whoever said that, right now - as long as you're not feeling like puking, the exercise is great and you sweat all that shit out
Conversely, smoking some weed is equally effective. For legal remedies, I like just drinking a lot of fluids and taking a multi vitamin before i go to bed.
