I spent about 6 months in Budapest and played just about every night, I haven't really played recently but about a month ago my buddy got a tornado cyclone 2 and it is a sick ass table. I spent all of last night working people at the Dark Horse in Boulder. And today I found 2 more tables in Golden. This is the start of a good summer. Anyone else play?
^I agree with that statement. I don't own a table but like 3 or 4 of my buddies have tables and i'm pretty much always at one of their houses playing. I just got really into in like the past 2 months and improved a bunch. I'm decent on offense and can dominate on defense now. I'm working on scoring from the back. do you like the 3 man back or the raised corners with the one pin better?
Some of my good buddies have a table, and they strait up rock at it, I don't stand a chance against them. We used to play soccer back in the day, so we named all the players after kids we used to play with. It is in the kitchen, so stuff gets spilled on it all the time, mainly beer and ketchup.
air hockey and ping pong DEFINITELY own foosball on all levels. i am honestly a beast at ping pong and will challenge any chinese person to a match and win.
I would rank air hockey over foosball, but it's frusterating as hell with really little technique to it. Foosball is cool but not with spinners. Ping Pong however is #1 game room activity in my book
