So fucking weird. He shot the cop during a traffic stop, then ran over the cop killing him. A bystander saw it happen, took the officer's gun and killed the guy.

Yeah, I guess he shot the cop 4 times and then fucking ran him over. What a piece of shit.
Props to the guy who was man enough to get the cops gun and shit that motherfucker. Really sad. It was just over a speeding ticket.
I guess the cop and the guy also had a pretty rocky history.

That's just disgusting that a human would do that to another. From reading the article, maybe the cop should have called it in for backup or have someone else handle it based on the shithead's history. Respect to the fallen PO and the brave guy that took that fucker out.

I'd really like to hear how the guy took down "bode miller's cousine" (i forgot his name)...like it says he shot him when he refused to put his gun down, but i think it must have been a little bit more complicated than that, I mean you can't just stroll over to a dead cop, take his gun, and look at the guy who just killed him and say, put the gun down.
the crazy dude would have killed him, no?

the fact that the guy who shot bode's cousin isnt going to be charged really makes me mad. he was not put in danger in any way by being behind all of this happening in a car, he had to reason to shoot him other than the fact that what he saw made him angry. its a case of vigilance, and regardless of what might be considered socially acceptable, the fact is what he did isnt legally acceptable, and he should be charged accordingly for that.
that said, its a really ridiculous story and doing that to a cop is a completely uncalled for move. the job of a cop is to do exactly what he did, and this guy apparently couldnt handle it. it just makes no sense. i dont understand what goes on in these people's heads.

honestly....I cannot believe you are bitching about someone who fucking stopped a murderer BEFORE you are complaining about the motherfucker who killed a cop. That to me just seems beyond ridiculous.
he didn't just walk up and shoot him. He picked up the gun and asked the guy who just murdered a cop to drop his gun and stop. They guy didn't, and was then shot.
seems perfectly fair to me. Why let the murder who just killed someone right infront of you get away? What if he went on to kill someone else?
Seriously....if I had a chance to kill that motherfucker I would have in a second. He had already lead the cops on a high speed chance, putting a ton of other people at risk, and then shot and killed a cop. So how can you honestly say he was not be placed at risk? If someone is around me shooting a gun, I would consider myself to be in danger. His fucking kid was with him too. I would protect my own, as I have a right to.
Would you opinion be any different if he had been carrying his own gun? I am not a proponent of guns at all, but if I was in a situation where people were being shot and I could stop it, be it with my weapon or another. I wouldn't just stand there and say "O, I am mad, but it isn't my problem." I would fucking get the gun and fight back, even if it wasn't me who was directly being threatened. It is no different that stepping in on a drunk fight at a bar or an old lady getting mugged, only this time it is for real and you might die if you fuck up.
The guy who stepped up, instead of being a bitch and letting a cop killer walk away, is a hero, no questions asked. If you are more worried about him getting charged with attempting to make a difference than you need to reevaluate your preceptions about the world around you.

and second....the decision to charge him or not was made by people who know a lot more about the law and the situation at hand than you do. You have no idea the details and information that went into that decision, only the people in the DAs office and in the police force know. If they felt there was grounds to charge the man, it would have happened. Obviously they felt his actions were justfied within the law.

reevaulate my perceptions about the world around me? lets not turn this into a personal moral issue. just because you feel personally that it was the right thing to do (not that i feel otherwise), it does not change the fact that shooting someone based on the soul fact that you saw them shoot someone else is illegal.
if you look back on the whole 'subway vigilante' situation that took place back in 1984, the situation was similar, if not a more legitimate reason for the same means to be taken. the man was held up for money, he drew a gun and shot. now if anyone had been put in the same situation, similar actions would have been taken, no doubt. but the fact of the matter was, what he did was in fact illegal, and he was forced to trial.
the fact that this man had his son in the car when he did what he did has nothing to do with what happened. it just makes it easier for you to make your case. do some research on the law and youll see that theres no loophole for doing something thats morally right in the general public's mind.
im not 'worried' about anything here. im entitled to an opinion and im voicing it. you responding to what i have to say with a mess of profanity and anger is doing nothing but making you look ignorant yourself.
go to court and say something like "i stepped up instead of being a bitch". see where that gets you.

even if you did see the "whole" story on the news, you'd still only know half of the real story. the moral or this story is that you shouldn't believe everything you hear on the news, got it shit tits?

ive got a friend who lives there, and it was way more fucked up than said on the news.
plus the fact that it was bodes cousin just makes it to national news scale. the guy who killed the cop, bode's cousin, is on really bad terms with bode, so that fact was just used to make it big news.
its a really sad story, and its really fucked up too.
