I was gonna get a Haro Escape Sport, but this is a better bike for 150 less. I can't wait to ride this thing. I have never had disc brakes before, do I need to know anything about taking care of them?

ya i thought you were talking the hair doo. but ya nice bike, i have a diamond back hardtail, its got 6 inches of suspention in the front. take that bike to whistler man, if your not willing to pay the lift ticket take it to the skate park they have some jumps and obsticals their for bikers. fuck man go to whistler just for partying!

yea, dont touch um! its not gonna kill um, by try and advoid handling the braking surfaces or the pad surfaces with bare fingers. the oils from your skin lower thier stopping power. rotors can be cleaned with simple rubbing alcohol, pads, cannot. they will take a couple days of hard braking to burn them in, before they have any real power. so dont expect to go DHin the first day with them.
