ok well heres the deal....im having a problem when i try to capture video from my camera. i cant seem to stop the lag no matter how poor the quality...i already tried to clear up the hard drive and i managed to cleared up 12 gigs...so idk what the problem is but if neone has ne tips or knows of any programs that can stop it thatd be amazing
