yea dude...drive ur car around and look for some sick lines
theres this line in my neighborhood that is pretty long and it is a pefrect line through perfectly spaced trees with like a 20 footer in it

The Slides off Whiteface in Lake Placid. They are only open late in the season once the snow pack is built up. And Lake Placid area is really far up there.

I live in the Adirondacks near old forge, and we get a fair amount snow in january and february the deal is you gotta find it its all over and the sick stuff you gotta hike for or go sled forbu t my friends and I always find something fun.

my mountain (Labrador) has a few courses they dont groom, so after snow, if you get there early its untracked

well theres always gravel pits, then theres some decent areas for trees if we ever get snow. the bristol area has spots you can drive up to. then theres stuff in the adirondacks, catskills. roadside shit. your not gonna find much shit outside of the woods or with much vertical

In New York if you're lucky to get snow like we did this year you can find plenty of stuff that's a ball to ski. Pretty much all over the state you can find random roadside lines and ridges that have some great skiing given the right amount of snow...

ive never done it but there are a lot of slides in the high peaks that are skiable.\, but some u have to hike almost 10 miles

Yo the Slides is like a couple minute hike at most. What you wanna do after epic snowfall is find a mountain with high power lines. They are clear of trees and big obstacles and make for awesome bc skiing. The Adirondacks are full of them, I go to Union and see them all the time driving around. I'm thinking about finding some good spots for myself when the good snowfall comes in Feb. Power Line bc is legit and easy to spot and hike.

Skiing apalachian trail is fun~
Good spot is in Vernon NJ but only if lots of powder (rare now with warm winters, global temp. up is bad!)
