What was the website that Linerider was on?

I'm talking about the website that it first appeared on. It was a site where all sorts of people uploaded games, artwork etc. There was this tool for creating 3d lettering on it but I cant find it anywhere.

^Nope. Its not a Linerider website. Its where it was first posted on the net as a guys university work.
