i totally agree. this has happened to me too. i paid like 50 dollars for transport and lift ticket to go ski at this tiny hill in southern sweden cuz they said they had jumps. when i get there they have one roller which i couldn´t figure out if it was just the slope or an actual attempt to build a jump. anyway you could catch about 1 feet of air and travel for about three feet.
now, does that qualify as a park, or even a jump?
no, i don´t think so.
yes it is a perfect case for someone who want to nail someone for false advertising.
