ok i know this has been asked a million times but harvey got rid of the search so i cant go look it up... but what kind of material should i use for a kink rail. also, what should i use for a a-frame box? i would prefer to not have to weld. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

make a wooden frame with a chop saw/table saw to make the angle.. and buy plastic from http://www.mcmaster.com/. maybe some high-density polythylene about an 1/2 inch thick and 4 inches long. (be a bit wider then the wooden frame but with table saw could cut to size.) and countersink your screws through the plastic on the top of the rail. Finally add some feet to make your rail sturdy, and build a jump and sesh it for a bit.
