.rar downloading PLEASE HELP!

i need some help, im downloading a file from the internet and it is .rar and i dont know what to open it with, utorrent wont work and neither will morpheus. i really want this to work so help me out

search winrar on google, its a free program and works just like windzip. extract whatever is in the file to another folder and ur done

ummmmmm... just right click and extract the file.

i would run shady-ass software like CS hacks though. but thats just me.
