they are cool skis, but the sidecut is VERY long. on the 184 i believe its something like 27m. thats comperable to the sidecut of an MSP or something. no idea what it is on the 160ish ski. but just pay attention to that, they are pretty damn straight, dont expect slalom carves out of them.

more 5'7" ish i think i may have measured when i was in shoes. what length do you suggest i get if you think 164 is so bad?

im not sure, but i remember cause i was blown away they were that straight. as for size, AT LEAST as tall as you, especially for a dead center full twin. the centering and the full raised tail take off a ton of running length. if your 5'7", that would mean a 170 is the ABSOLUTE shortest you should be on. for a slightly more traditional ski, id say youd be ok with something in the 160s, specially if your a beginner.
