totally depends on how you like your stuff, im 6'1' and im rocking XXL
sooo if you like small stuff yep, but if i was you id go large

i have a foursquare adams jacket i tihnk its the one ur tlaking about, i am 5'10, weigh 150 and i got a medium, it fits pretty big, but i woudl have rather got a large
