what didnt make sense. He said waivers dont matter with a good lawyer and if the jumps are dangerous. Then he said they were way more dangerous then breck or keystone
i dont understand your logic in thinking.........the waver states that if you are injured you can not press charges because of your own stupid mistake.....and on the back of every pass and lift ticket in colorado it says that with the purchase the skier assumes all risks and responsablities....
this has been gone over many times. Despite that u can still sew. Wiavers make it harder to sew but mostly just make people think that they cant. Im taking a gay risk managment class and we have talked about this soo much.
