I use adobe premiere pro and film with an HD camera, and am wondering if any of you do the same and i am trying to get it in quicktime format and need some help...pm me if you can help

Premiere automatically captures into .avi format. Quicktime will still play avi's, but if you want it in .mov you are gonna need to convert the clips. You can use quicktime pro to convert between avi and mov.

u might be able to find a downloadable version, but ya you do usually have to pay.

it's free on the internet, I believe you can just find a serial and put it into the free quictime to get pro.

Im pretty sure in Premiere pro you can export to .mov files

You can, I personally find it much less time consuming and easier in Quicktime though.

Render from Premiere as Uncompressed Avi., then open the file in quicktime pro,click export,set your settings and such then compress.Quicktime(h.264) is the best compressor out there.
