1) flex compared to AR6

why wouldn't they be good on rails? They're basically an ar6 with a bit different flex and a race base.

Their bases and edges are both different, and arent good on raills/boxes.

theyre no diff on rails than any other ski just make sure you file down your edges to prevent riping out, theyre fine for all mtn as well

I don't have them, but here's what I've heard, so I'm pretty sure I'm right.
1) A little stiffer, for boosting of the pipe walls.
2) Softer faster base, and maybe thinner edges so not great, but it wan't be that bad.
3) probably pretty good all over the mountain becuase they're kind of stiff and fast.

they're fine on rails, performance wise. durability is where they take a hit.

Thank you that took long enough. How would they be bad on rails? Idiots................

i thin people say theyre bad on rails because of the composition of the base. it is not made with the same material as other skis which make them go faster but they are supposidly less dense, compact whatever you wanna call it so, in theory they will take some shots easier. but i havent had any problems with core shots at all and i ride pretty hard on rails.

as for the stiffness, i have a pair of the original ar5's and they are a bit stiffer but i am still able to butter around no problem, and im on 115 lbs
