I was just wondering why people smoke pot while skiing. I'm sure everyone has a different answer, i was jus wonderin if it has somethign to do with pain, or bravery, or just to chill, or maybe an image? I thought there have been threads on this before but i couldn't find any so did rip to hard if there has been.

If they prefer to ski stoned then don't question it. I wouldn't want to see the hill filled with little kids high though - guys would get into big crashes no doubt.

Personally, I'd never ski high/drunk or anything - skiing gives me such a buzz anyway so I don't want anything taking away from it.

the problem is i can never peak long enough, skiing while peaked in HELLA fun but when i come down i just fall asleep in the lift lines. and i only do it during this ski bus thing, cause every lift line takes 1 hour and its no fun sober.

i smoke when i ski because, well i dont know, cause its niiice, but i can be too high while skiing when i dont really know or care whats going on and before i know it im two feet from a rail, pow is chill while blazed

I like baking while skiing. It makes everything more interesting. If I wanna do a lot of jumping though I can't dome more than a bowl or else I will not be able to spin more than a 180.

I have to say, when you are just out riding with your friends hitting all the natural stuff, riding powder, trees, etc, smokin' is the way to go. In the park though its not the greatest. But all you who are afraid, catch a powderday when you are ripped, its the best thing in the world...your heart gets beating and you feel invincible. Just watch out for trees...heh.

well skiing is the reason i started to smoke. i live in wisconsin so anything to bring a little joy to a 300 vert hill is worth it. my first time getting ripped what when i was skiing and it was the single greatest experience i have ever had. i have never been more ripped then the first time i was stoned (not first time i smoke but first true time i was stoned). i was going down the hill with my arms in the air screaming because it felt like i was flying. damn i look back on that day and i wish i could get half as good of a feeling as i had that day.

Twelve of us from my college snowsports club were in Ireland a few weeks ago and we toked up in some random places. Like the Giant's Causway, or on 600ft sea cliffs (after which we hit golf balls off the cliffs) - it was nuts.

My ski team is the best. our whole varsity team this year where all canabis users so every practice we toked up. we changed our name from the ski team to the weed team because more people on the team were potheads then non smokers
