Okay, so for about the last 45 minutes i've been sitting here, I have made enough bodily noises to perform a freaking human orchestra...

My stomach is growling uncontrollably, but I'm not hungry (just ate like 3 pieces of cake, some cheezits, and a salad)

hahahaa did you drink alot of apple juice by any chance? ive had this thing recently where ive been drinking a litre of apple juice a day and my body does the same thing. it also makes me feel really bloated and disgusting

no, its cause apple juice has a ton of sugar in it and that makes your blood sugar level swing much higher and lower than it is supposed to, which makes you feel like shit. theres no lactose in apple juice, only in dairy.
