Replying to Anybody want some 179 silencers for cheap?

ok. i have some 179 silencers hangin on my wall. i rode them maybe a month being super super easy on them, (no rails or anything), and prolly 5 or 6 days with rails. i fucked my ACL mid season and didnt get to ride them any longer. i dont have a digi right now, so ill describe condition as best i can. if theres any serious takers, ill find a way to get pics for ya.

only reason im selling them, is i just bought a road bike and need some random parts, and im unemployeed (read broke) right now. other than that, they are awesome skis, some of my favorite skis ever, with a TON of life left in them.

topsheets: your average nicks and cuts, there is one deep gouge behind the heel, thats was expoxied back together that night. there are also two sections of topsheet along the cap in the tail where the rubbery topsheet was sliced off, maybe 5-7 inches. the fiberglass and graphic layers are still present and in tact. the area that was peeled up was neatly sliced off to prevent catching and making it bigger. its hardly noticable, and not at all structural. jut something that comes with this ski, being capped construction and that topsheet material.

bases are in very good shape, no big nicks or anything. i work in a shop (at least over winter), and they were always maintained. the edges are free of cracks or pull outs, slightly detunned under foot and at the tips. still very sharp everywhere else.

they have been mounted once with Look TT9 turntables (older toe piece, rear screws are in traditional location, but there is only 1 front center screw. they are mounted approx. 1.5 forward of the core center line, for a 326mm bootsole. (no, bindings are NOT for sale)




so anyway, i hate to list something without pics, but im a good seller and am not here to screw anyone. if your seriously interested, i will get pics. they are super fun skis, and have held up great. theres definatly at least a seasons worth of life left in them for me, and im wicked hard on skis. id like at least 100, if i cant get that ill prolly hold onto them.
