oh sry,
If i want to capture video at the highest quality w/ WMM, what file format should i capture it as?  Avi?  Wmv?  Thanks.

well capture in .avi format and then proceded to shoot yourself because you dont have adobe from limewire

i do have premier pro but my comp is too slow to capture in it...
