So my tech mounted my thalls wrong at the beginning of the season and then remounted them without telling me. Just found out after selling them on ebay and removing the bindings to ship them. How should I be compensated?
I would march in there and threaten to talk with the shop owner, their armada rep, BBB, George Bush everyone, and explain how you are a hard skier and can't have any extra holes deminishing the integrity of the ski for your safety. Then explain how they are pretty much useless to you now and you want new skis.
Hell with getting your money back for the mount. We're going all the this... I'm pissed
That's a shitty shop guy if 1, he messes up to begin with, and 2, doesn't tell you.
