Unfortunately, NEON will not be released next year.

There was a lack of funding. A new camera was needed, and some new editing equipment was needed.

By the time I was able to afford a new camera, most of the season was already over. And now because of this new camera, I am $500 in debt and I dont even have blank DVDs for me to burn A Film by Landis Tanaka onto. I do not have money for a wide angle, a tripod, a 35mm DOF adapter, anything that I am planning on using for Neon.

Of course, I also wanted lots and LOTS of time to train myself. I figure, if I want to make a movie truely as epic as I envision, I need to buff out my editing skills. I refuse to make the movie on a shitty tripod, I refuse to make the movie with a shitty lens. I am going for perfection here.

I am sorry for the wait but in the end I'm sure people will be glad I did.

fall 2008 is not a set date though. That is the earliest it will come out. There is a chance it won't be out until early 2009...like I said, I want to get this perfect and I'm willing to be patient if it means a better video.
