Replying to Leasing high end cars ?

so my current car is supposed to have alot of problems so i put it up for sale. im probably going to get around 20k for it but i dotn want to blow it all on another car. i want to lease something like an impreza sti or corvette z06 for a year. is it even possible? i have never heard of anyone leasing anything nicer then a camry so im skeptical. but if i could get a badass car for a year then at the end of the year be able to start making payments that would be alot easier then buying it right now
