Got a couple questions

ok first off is, how do places like polyzone.com and usplastics.com deliver their stuff to you? does it just come in say a ups truck and then they leave it at your door or what.

and secondly, if i use 1/8 inch HDPE and sand the base of it, could i use like some super strong epoxy to hold it on? or is that to thin to use screws?

i am unsure on the first question

but for the hdpe thingy i would def go with something thicker than 1/8 like maybe 1/4 because ti will crack otherwise....

and make sure you have plywood underneithe (i made the mistake once) and all the lexan cracked cause the pressure couldnt go anywhere else...

sooo i would use liquid nails then go in after and put some countersunk screws in..

mount it on ply wood for shur. and on the shipping as long as its 48x48 or smaller they ship fed ex for like 10-20 bucks. anything bigger and its freight and like 100 dollars. and again at least 1/4 it it warps and cracks and steals from your mom's pure when your not looking

my friend has got himself convinced that he can use 1/8 even though i think its better to just suck it up and spend the extra money for 1/8. he's going to try it though so i'll keep you posted. its in the mail now so early next week he'll start building it

I used 1/8" on my 4" rail. My dad was able to countersink small screws. I haven't used the rail yest though. The HDPE doesn't seem very slippery but it's dry.......

yeah theres a place around here who sells HDPE for less than it would cost to ship so ill just got go there.. and yeha im using 1/4 inch

liquid nails are like construstion streanght glue. i think epoxy might be a bitt stronger tho.

use PL-400 as an epoxy that shit is stronger than steel
you can get it at most home improvment stores
