is there a road that goes up that back side and how do you think the park is since the mountains been closed a couple weeks?

i went up there tuesday after the storm. the top had 2 feet of fresh heavy snow and everything was completely plastered. theres a road that goes up, called south hill road. the park is gone, a few rails setup from when me and a few others were there.
