the program allows u to say qucktime movies to store them in ur quicktime library so your able to put them on your ipod

I think you go:
File>Export>Adobe Media Encoder and then select which Quicktime format you would like.

Now that is exacly what ive been doing.. and thats when it gets all wierd.. which video codec should i choose?

Uhh.. I think it's called H264 something like that. I hardly ever use premiere so I'm not exactly sure.

Save your video you edited in whatever editing system in uncompressed avi. then go to quicktime export it and such.
I have some good settings if you wanna try them out i/m me on aim.
