Is it a good/bad idea to buy skis at camp in whistler, any good deals? Will any more '08 skis be released by then?

Yes whistler is known for it's deals and great pricing. Unless of course you mean from some kid selling them, which may work out for you a little better.

Depends, familiarize youself with the going price of the skis you're looking out, so you know if you're getting a good deal or not.
