OMG...The Tanner Hall Story

OMG...this is so sad...my friend works as an intern at sony studios and she calls me and tells me they're casting for this movie about some skier. I bug her for details, turns out its THE TANNER HALL STORY about his crash at chad's gap eons ago.
She said there are aiming for a fall 2008 release date in something like 1200 theaters in the north america.
I am in shock...

actually now that I think about it, you could. but it would be pretty gay. THE X-GAMES AS THE FINAL TEST OF HIS AMAZINGNESS AND AS HE WINS TO MOVIE FADES AWAY INTO THE CREDITS WITH THE CROUD CRYING HISTARICALLY.

Okay...so I have details on the movie(s).
Tanner Hall will be played by Ice Cube (I guess they sound alike).
It won't be one movie, it is going to be a trilogy (think Lord of the Rings, but with that ghetto hip-pity hop talk and broken ankles).
The first installment (roughly 3 hrs in length) will release in fall/winter of this year (for oscar consideration, of course).
That's all I know right now, but I'll get you guys more information as it becomes available.

I know man why wouldn't we want a movie made about him it helps get freesking out to the public that has no clue about freesking. They need to make sure it isn't just about the crash but about him coming back from his injury and winning the X games and how he dominates every contest he enters.

That story is old, short, and hardly "The Tanner Hall Story".
They could make a 15 minute film called "This one Time when Tanner Came in Short"
