well remembering you have compared a postal service with 2 courier companies.
i would say USPS is cheapest - UPS/FEDEX are more efficient.
then again i dont even live in the states.

fedex if you have a business account with them is the best, if you don't USPS (United States Postal Service) is usually cheapest, but UPS is usually close, fedex is pricey without a bussiness acount.

USPS fastest and if you ad insurance and stuff like that its so much cheaper then if you add it to a ups package

Hey jus to let you guys know UPS is known for throwing stuff around and breaking stuff more than the other carriers. so if you are worried about the skis getting beat up dont send them UPS.

USPS was much cheaper for me than UPS or FEDEX. havent tried dhl though. only downside to USPS is you dont get a tracking number for your buyer

usps is cheaper and faster than ups. haven't used fedex much. If the skis are already used so you dont care about scratches and dings you can just wrap them together pretty good with tape and slap a label on them. I did it with a single ski and it was like 6 bucks. obviously cant do that with bindings though.

Fedex sucks balls. I've shipped with ups and usps. They both work. USPS is cheaper but always get insurance.

USPS is by far the best... you can ship skis super cheap. Also, I have never had a package with USPS priority mail take longer than UPS or Fedex ground.
Most of the skis I have shipped were with bindings... I averaged around $20 with USPS and $30 with UPS.

I've found that CanadaPost and USPS are the cheapest. ESPECIALLY when shipping across borders.

UPSP does have size restrictions!!! Keep that in mind. I tried sending some mounted 180s in a decent size box and they couldn't do it. I had to go UPS.

I have shipped and received skis in Canada just by using the Greyhound bus lines...super cheap and gets to its destination super quick...easy too if the person you are sending them to is paying shipping...you just ship them collect and when the guy picks them up he pays the actual shipping charge so nobody gets screwed...
