NS: I need your help, Awkward or not?

so as you all know, friday is 4/20, one of the legendary marijuana days. it is also me and my gf's three month anniversary.  we made a plan to hang out that night and she was like "uh should we smoke, since it is 420" and i was like "well i think it might be a little weird and unromantic if we are hella blazed" (we have never been intoxed together before, she also told me she has a surprise for me because it is three months, and she also told me that it was a physical surprise)  she seemed disappointed when i said that it would be weird so i said we should smoke a little, then go to dinner and then we will be ok after dinner.  i don't know if it will be really weird being blazed with my girlfriend because i tend to be annoying and talk a lot but she told me that she wants to smoke on 420.  Advice? comments? helpful hints?

You can smoke whenever you want to, you can only have a 3 month anniversary (probably sex?).

in all honesty, 420 is tight and all, but you can smoke any day. relay that fact to her.
plus, 3 months isnt like super epic, so maybe play that into your discussion with her

Thinking back on highschool. I realize how completely lame it was. Like those stupid month anniversaries. Girls putting the exact day, time, and place in their AIM profiles when they become "official". Kids will be like, "oh my good, we can't do this, it's only been a month". Time is so arbitrary. When you're ready, you're ready. Have fun don't worry about so many technicalities.

If I were you I'd smoke up with your boys on 4/20 and tell her that is she really cares about you saturday night would do just fine. Don't do this to be a jerk to her, just show her that you are more mature and you love her regardless if you guys have been "official" for 90 or 91 days. She doesn't want you to love her any less on the 91st or 92nd day right?

Thats the reason why i never could see the importance of those minor anniversaries and valentines day. Yeah some things need to be celebrated, like a wedding anniversary. But lets me honost here dude... there a damn good chance you're not going to be spending the rest of your life with this girl. Do what makes you happy. Have her suck you off saturday night.

do what you want to dude, I can't say im into getting high but thats just me, so maybe if both events are important to you do both. blaze in the morning but not so much that you're gonna be high all day and then meet up with your gf later on in the day, or if shes tight with your mates just all blaze together and then you 2 can go off and do your date thingy

heres teh thing also to all of you who are like, jus blaze with your friends that day, and hang out with her teh next, honestly, i don't care if i smoke or not on 420, i like smoking, but it is not an important part of my life at all.  i would be completely content not smoking of 420, but she seems to want to smoke

first of all, your girlfriend is lame for wanting to start smoking on 420 because everyone else is doing it. she probably watches a lot of mtv.

second, if she does want to start, tell her that jamaican hot box in the bathroom is the only way to smoke and if you're lucky you can get some sweet toilet head and maybe some sweaty shower sex if you play your cards right.

or you can just lay in bed and smoke a joint together.  there is a reason why so many people die while smoking in bed. 

because it feels so good. 

then again if its her first time she will probably start freaking out probably scared that she's gonna stop breathing and that if she doesn't concentrate on breathing she will die.  so its up to you, do you want to waste weed because you had to take care of an amateur? i sure as hell wouldn't.  you know her best so consider how she will act when she's high and ask yourself if you want to deal with that shit.
