alright so heres my dilema i need some new sticks and im torn between the scratch fs wrs or the dumonts. im 14 im 5'7" i ride about 90-95% park, rest just cruisin the hill (i live in wisconsin so the park is pretty much all we have). im also about 135 pounds. ive skiied the original fuja's and this last season i skiied on the 0607 publics. the publics were a little to meaty and stiff for me and im looking for a better ski that would suit me. i was wondering which ski is lighter, has a ton-o-pop and the most durable. i was also wondering if i got a 176 mounted true center if that would be a good size for me? im leaning towards the dumonts but some feedback would be awesome! thanks for the help!! (found good deals on both skis so price doesnt matter)

both good skis, the 174 wrs's mounted close to centre would be my pick..very poppy and great skis..
that said, i haven't skied the dumonts.

Both are sick skis. I've only skied 05/06 Scratches, this was before I even understood what a twintip is. Everyone loves both skis, I haven't really seen negatives about either. Scratches are fairly stiff, I think the dumonts are the same? I'd go with the scratches, I'd say it's up to you though. Snag the Dumonts rpgcross has up for sale, not only a good deal but great condition+bindings

i would go with the dumonts. ive read that they are extremely durable and no one has any complaints about them. there are really no complains about the scratch either but go with the dumonts mounted somewhere near the center

I ride about 85-95% park and have 174 wrs's mounted -2 from center. Love the ski. Undeniably the lightest ski and has a really good flex. It has the variable flex which I really like.

true but you can get them both at or around the same price right now.
scratches may be a bit cheaper but dumonts are down to 350...
