Ok, heres what I got to offer.
Oakley Lab Pants, worn three seasons. These are insulated, pretty nicely and perform great on cold days.
As these were worn for a while, the fabric is frayed on the edges of the zipper tabs and on the bottom of the legs. There is also some damage on the inside of the leg from skis cutting the material, but I sewed up all the large holes. The legs are gatered with a velcro and snap.
There are four vents and four pockets on these: two inside leg vents, two vents on the anterior (top) of the thigh, two zippered side pockets and two velcro pockets in back.
As for the material, its that Oakley-type fabric, waterproof synthetic clothy stuff. I'd rate these pants as being 5000 mm waterproof as is, but a good wash with nik-wax will improve that. I rarely got wet in these, and I ski in Washington state The insulation works, what can I say.
Other notes... theres a zipper tab missing on one of the zips that lets the legs flare on the bottom. They could probably use a good wash, but dont have any stains or discolorations. As for sizing, I'm like 5'11, and these fit me well, pretty baggy with lots of freedom of movement. Heres me skiing in them:
