Replying to How to fix pain in your patella (below your kneecap) tendon
so for most of this season ive had some mad pain in my patella tendon which is the tendon right below your knee cap connected your kneecap to your shin. so my parents signed me for a couple of sessions with a sports physiotherapist. The trick is to do 30-35sec of stretching almost every night on each of these muscles: hamstrings, quads, hip flexor, glutes (just search on the internet for stretches). so now im good as new and I can almost do sick straight leg dub true noses. I hope this helps some people.
