I dont get this:
"In what was undoubtedly the tightest race in the competitions brief history, he narrowly edged out a super talented field of contenders from around the globe, including most notably David Beaulieu, whose submission displayed a bag of tricks and urban prowess topping many seasoned pros and veteran ski-industry rockstars alike."
So he's pretty much saying
"beaulieu is better, but wallisch wins.."???
