Ski size, binding & mounting question!

I'm getting me some 08 Seth pistols but I'm not sure what size I should get? I'm 1m81 and weigh 95kg. I've skied some Extrem AK four's at 182 for 2 years now. I think going up to 189 would be a better choise then going down to 179 since those Extrem ski's did train my upper legs a fair bit. Over-all I would say I'm an advanced skiër, and a total beginner in the park. But park skiïng isn't the most important, I would say 50% offpiste/ 35% park / 15% groomers. What would you recommend and why?
Then also, what bindings should I put on them? Remember I weigh 95kg!
And where should I mount them? I'm looking at center +2? Again, what do you think and why?
I think I've given you all the information you experts need to help me! So shoot away

umm could you say what you weigh in pounds and feet for how tall you are ? if your between like 5'8 and 6'1 then yeah the 185 is a good choice.

That would be 210 pounds and 5'11 according to some internet calculators.
so the 189 would be 3,1 inch longer then myself.
How about bindings and mounting? I'm looking at Marker Comp. Free 14.0 Wide break, Salomon 914 or Look PX14's.
Since I'll be spending more time all around the mountain I'm considering mounting about center -2 but I would like to go a bit more center then I'm used to, what do you think?

definatly get the 189, your plenty big enough to handle them, i would probably go for the s914s, but im a sally fan. if you want to mount them center, by all means mount them center and dont let anyone convince you otherwise. if you are looking for more of and all mountain/pow ski, mount them -1.5cm from true center to core center and they will shread everywhere

i'd actually say 2.5 back because that ski isn't made like a park ski but when mounted normally would actually perform better and faster if you aren't going full park. maybe even 3.
and racestock bindings all the way.

Thanks mate, that's a helpfull post!
I'm happy with the S914's I've had, but willing to try something new. What do you think about Marker? Ive noticed they don't come up here very often on threads about bindings, any reason for that?

but u way as much as a tank so u could deff manage the 189
as for bindings id say maybe even going up to a S916 or PX18 ur a big guy and i think u could prob smash any binding not made almost fully of metal, DONT get markers they are very unreliable and flimsy (know from past experience)
and for mounting id say maybe a littile further back then -2...I could say were the best spot woulb be if I knew how far reccomended is from centre thoe...
All times are Eastern (-5)
