Life?

So I've been thinking lately, I dated a christian girl for a while, and was in biology at the same time. I think I feel I'm somewhere in between the two things. Like theres holes in the evolution theory, and theres holes in the creationism theory. What I was thinking that somewhere in the middle is where the answer to why we're here. My beleif is that there is A creator, but a supernatural being that created all of earth and all of its creatures MUST be super intelligent and to classify his/her expectations of us is way to deep for any of us to understand. So wouldn't the creator want us to live our lifes for the purpose that we were made? Like animals? No, he gave us a gift no other creature receieved, speech and the power to think. But, he didn't give us that gift to follow some religion, like to be honest, theres so many religions that have legit reasons to be religions, which do we follow? We don't, we beleive in a creator and do what WE think makes other peoples lives easier, and live for the good of humanity and help people, instead of worshipping what we think is good constantly. I just jumped from subject to subject haha. But seriously, who else agrees with me?

cool, but then again i have no interest in religion, I used to be a religious christian, then my life went down the drain for a while, and i lost faith, I think its relgion is just a way to scare people into behaving.

i think religion is a control mechanism. if you look at many cultures that used to be pagans, religion settled them down and made them productive. look at the vikings, once they were christianized they stopped raping and pillaging. say fuck them, i think that people should live life for what it is on the planet now and it is your own choice to create a heaven or hell while you are on the earth. dont suffer on this planet because you are waiting for your reward in heaven. i dont think that it really matters if there was a creator or not, find peace and do what you love doing.
