when ever i go off jumps on the landing my shins hurt. i am hitting the landing but it still kills. am i doing something wrong? or is it my boots or what?

Actually, check your socks are smooth around your shins, get your boots check out by a pro, use the blasted powerstrap the way it should be used, and try to land centered.

For me its the opposite, my muscles directly opposite my shins hurt when I land a little backseat.
