Windows vista error

ok so i keep getting this thing pop up about every 5 minutes asking me to cancel or allow. it says Exec.exe. what is it?

it means windows vista sucks and you should have just stayed with XP

ahhhh fuck this, its some temporary aim file apparently, that or a trojan, or some other random bullshit. but it says it comes up in a temp file for aim, which it did
